Our Priorities...

At all times, and especially now during the Covid-19 outbreak, KidzDance is committed to promoting the health and well-being of our active students and the community at large. To honor this commitment, we may need to temporarily adjust our studio schedule and teaching methods to follow recommendations from the CDC and local health departments.  We will use this page to connect students and their families to the most up-to-date information on how we are responding to the crisis using creative approaches to keep our students engaged as active learners.

KidzDance has temporarily gone virtual!

In response to Federal recommendations released Monday, March 16, 2020, KidzDance will be moving classes online beginning Monday, March 23rd. We are working as fast as we can to set up live broadcasts of classes  and you will receive instructions on how to log on soon. During the next several weeks we will be working as a team to develop the necessary resources for continued distance learning. We will continue to monitor current government recommendations and will adjust our plans as needed.

Private Facebook Groups and zoom Meeting platform

We have created two private Facebook Groups as a platform for students to access live-stream and recorded classes. One of the Facebook groups is for our current students and the other is for those interested in becoming students.  We are also using the ZOOM meeting platform.  These 2 platforms will allow students to access distance learning and other activities as soon as they are available. More information will be available here soon.

Providing Security and Consistency for Current Students

We recognize that the necessary requirements to close schools and limit social interaction can be frightening and discouraging for children (and many parents, too!) We are working hard to provide consistency and a sense of normalcy for our students while at the same time protecting their health and safety. This week and during this time, we are quickly ramping up resources to keep our students learning through a combination of dramatically reduced class sizes, on-line and live broadcast learning, and other strategies.
